Bills for Less than 100 KD are subject to delivery fees based on areas which can be seen on checkout once you add an address. Bills for more than 100 KD have free delivery.

Same day if ordered before 3 p.m. or the next working business day.

International shipping policies.
We do not ship outside of Kuwait.

Shipping restrictions.
Incorrect address and phone number are the most common restrictions that prevent you from receiving the shipment.

DELIVERY

We offer a free delivery and delivery service for all our products in the website purchases (including VAT), as follows:&

• Free delivery on purchases exceeding KWD100.
• Delivery charges for purchases (including VAT) below this amount are KWD100.

SCHEDULING YOUR DELIVERY

Delivery slots will only be confirmed based on your selection of products & its availability, & once full payment has been received or once funds have cleared when paying online gateway.

Delivery slots can only be booked once a full delivery address has been received.

Deliveries will only be made within the country of the store. (Kuwait)

Upon booking the delivery, you must inform us of any restrictions at the delivery address.

Should we be unable to deliver due to: a) restrictions or reasons through no fault of our own; b) receiving a cancellation or rescheduling request less than 3 hours before the scheduled delivery time; c) no one is home at the time our team arrives: a redelivery fee of the same of the mentioned in invoice of KWD XX will be charged.

If you change your mind on products already delivered to you within the exchange and refund period, we will collect a fee for the delivery & return services of KWD XX mentioned in the invoice.
